Our family firm is led by Layne Downs, Founder & Principal Broker, and Cody Downs, Principal. We work with municipalities and city water departments, banks, estate attorneys and executors, developers, private landowners, and farmers.
Our services span water-share brokerage, water-rights appraisal, expert witness work, change-of-use and diversion-point assistance, deed and title work, and groundwater consulting. We are an approved water-share appraiser for Lindon City.
