Downs Water assists buyers and sellers of water shares in Utah Valley, including Provo Reservoir Full shares, Provo Bench Canal, and North Union Irrigation. Contact us to discuss your shares or the water supply you need.
Downs Water provides appraisal services for banks, cities, estates, and developers. We are also an approved water-share appraiser for Lindon City. The appraisal scope depends on the asset and the purpose of the valuation.
Yes. Downs Water assists with change-of-use matters, groundwater diversion points, and State Engineer filings. The available path and timing depend on the particular right, proposed use, and required review.
